Recordings Audit

The Recordings Audit sub tab enables Account Users to generate a custom report of connections established to the RAS Server by different applications. Note that there is a Filter button that can be used to input additional search criteria.
 
The Account User can customize the Recordings History report by specifying values in one or more of the parameters available in the search box:
 
Recordings Audit Filter
Description
Host Name (Contains):
Station Name of the Host involved in the recording event.
Address (Contains):
The IP address of the Host involved in the recording event.
Started by (Contains):
<Domain>\<Username> for the Account User involved in the recortding event.
Account Authority (Contains):
<Domain> for the Account User involved in the recording event.
Time (From-To):
Date & time when the Gateway connection started (or attempted to start).

Recording Initiated, Recording Cancelled, Recording Completed, Recording Played.
Initiated By
<Domain>\<Username> for the Account User that established the Gateway connection.
Account Authority
<Domain> for the Account User that established the Gateway connection.
Account Address
IPv4 address of the Host machine that was recorded.
Time
The timestamp in which the event occurred.
