PC-Duo v13.4 works on all Microsoft Windows operating systems in support (or extended support) at the time of release (June 2021).  It will not install or operate on earlier operating systems.

The Screen Blanking feature introduced in v13.4 requires the Host to be run on Windows 10 v2004 or later, or Windows Server 2019 or later.

PC-Duo v13.0 through v13.3 are only supported on Microsoft Windows operating systems currently in support (or extended support).  However, the PC-Duo v13.0 release originally supported operating systems in support at the time of its release (October 2017), and later releases through v13.3 are expected to work on those operating systems (although this is not officially supported).  This specifically includes Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008, and Windows Server 2008 R2.

The PC-Duo Server (Identity Manager, Web Console, and Gateway Server) require Windows Server 2012, Server 2012r2, Server 2016, or Server 2019.

PC-Duo for Macintosh now requires Macintosh OS X v13.9 (Mavericks) or later. Earlier versions of OS X do not support TLS v1.2 and therefore cannot communicate with PC-Duo v13.0 or later.

If you require operating system support for earlier operating systems such as Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, or Windows Vista, please contact us.
