The Proxy Networks Support Team will request a PROXY Pro System Information report (PrxSInfo.exe) from any machines that we're troubleshooting with you. This section allows for a server-side diagnostic report to be generated, which will likely be helpful to the support team when escalating issues. The PrxSInfo.exe utility will be present on the system as long as any other Proxy Networks software component is installed (Host, Master, Deployment Tool, Server Products). We would additionally request that this utility is run as a user that is a member of the machine's local administrators group to ensure that all information and software settings are written to the text file. It will be generated to the machine's desktop with a name similar to MACHINENAME_Config.txt.
